What Kind of Food Do You Recommend Eating While I'm in Japan?
August 28, 2014
Actually, I don't eat Japanese food daily, but I love Japanese style breakfast. If you stay at a Japanese style inn, they provide a typical Japanese breakfast, like grilled salmon, seasoned nori seaweed, boiled spinach seasoned with soy sauce, with miso soup and pickled vegetables. I think that is very healthy.
I love eating ramen for lunch. I often visit a ramen restaurant and order Tonkotsu ramen. Tonkotsu means pork bones. If I'm hungry, I order the set meal with fried gyoza dumplings or fried rice.
I live by myself so sometimes I cook curry rice for dinner. I don't know if curry rice is Japanese food, but it's easy to cook and easy to stock up.
You can put anything in it. I love putting eggplant and chicken.
