Nowadays most people have smartphones and they are always looking at the screen on the train, even while they are walking as well.
Every time we get on a train, we can hear the announcement about social etiquette like "we have to turn off our phones nearby priority seats". However, they never turn off their phones around there, and keep playing with some apps or something.
Actually I sometimes use mine while walking, even though that might be dangerous. Focusing on the screen is easy to do so I think we have to watch out if someone is around.
Therefore, thinking about social etiquette, I think we should play with phones only if there is nobody else around.
